RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Rid-A-Gum or CGR 1000, you may return the item(s) within 30-days of the original purchase date for a full credit. The Gum Wizard machine is not returnable other than for reasons of manufacturer defect. All product returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA) in order to be accepted and processed. To obtain an RA number please email us at returns@gumwiz.com or call our main number 1-480-219-2817 or our toll-free number 1-866-639-2055. If using email, please include the following information:

• Name and daytime phone number
• Your purchase order number (example XXXXX)
• The reason for the return (defective, package wrong, wrong item shipped, etc.)

We will respond to your email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) providing you with a return authorization number (RA) and return address. If the requested return does not meet the criteria for a valid return, you will be informed of such via our reply email.

Returns not accompanied by an RA number will be refused and the parcel returned to the sender. Please print clearly the RA number in at least two conspicuous spots on the outside of all parcels being returned. An RA is only valid for a two-week period from the date of issuance. All products must be returned "Freight Prepaid" shipped via a freight carrier e.g. UPS, FedEx, etc. As a means to expedite the return and credit process, please email returns@gumwiz.com or call (480-219-2817 or 866-639-2005 with the return tracking number. Products returned via US Mail will be refused.

If a return is due to a manufacturing defect, Gum Wizard USA, LLC, will pay the shipping cost to the return the defected item. Typically, a pre-paid UPS or Federal Express return label will be sent to you for return of the product(s).

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply on returned items for reasons other than manufacturer defect covered by warranty, shipping and/or packaging error. Gum Wizard USA, LLC is unable to accept returns on products returned more than 30-days after the original purchase date.

CREDITS

Credits will be applied to the credit card used in the original sale transaction for the purchase price of the product and applicable sales tax minus any restocking fee and original shipping cost (if applicable). A credit will be issued once the returned product has been inspected by Gum Wizard USA, LLC or its designated representative (s), and determined to be in new condition. New condition is defined as a product that is unused, not soiled, includes the original packaging and documentation and is fit to be resold as a new item. If the returned product is in a condition other than new, a credit will not be issued. At the customer's option, the product can be returned to them "freight collect". Please allow up to 30-days for a credit to be applied to your credit card account.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Shipments returned as undeliverable for any reason will be considered refused. Should customer contact Gum wizard USA, LLC and request re-shipment, customer will be responsible for additional freight charges.

Failure to completely follow the installation instructions and/or proper "use" instructions included with all products sold by Gum Wizard USA, LLC will automatically void the manufacturer's warranty. Gum Wizard, LLC cannot be held responsible for neglect or mistake of the purchaser or any agent, employee, contractor, sub-contractor, etc. of the purchaser in the use of products purchased through Gum Wizard USA, LLC. Please refer to the specific product warranty for further information.
